How do I edit the footer?

I like this theme, but for the life of me I can’t figure out how to edit the footer. I don’t want a tag cloud there. I don’t want “Lorem ipsum dolor sit amet, consectetuer adipiscing elit. Aenean com modo ligula elet dolor. Lorem ipsum dolor sit amet.” there. How do I edit this?
