How do i edit featured block height?

Your going to need edit the CSS if your theme to set a height specifically. In your styles.css file add:

#featured { height: 100px; }
#wrapper { height:100px; }

Towards the bottom of the file. Set the values to your desired heights.

On a responsive theme you may have trouble setting the height explicitly like this as content will need room to reflow as you resize the browser. You have play around with min-height and max-height as well as using media queries: https://developer.mozilla.org/en-US/docs/Web/Guide/CSS/Media_queries to get your desired result.

Oh i forgot to ask you also . . . how do i change the height of my colophon widget? I tried adding #colophon-widget { height:100px; } under my other change but it didn’t change. Please advise. Thank you so much for your help. https://www.redferretwebdesign.com.

Try using:

#black-studio-tinymce-10 and #black-studio-tinymce-20 for each of the sections at the bottom of the page.

i’m familiar with black-studio-tinymce but i’m not sure what you mean by “-10” and “-20”. can you please clarify? https://www.redferretwebdesign.com.

This is the ID of that section of the page… So your CSS would be:

#black-studio-tinymce-10 { height: 100px; }

or

#black-studio-tinymce-20 { height: 300px; }

Nothing more to it than that.
