How do I display the login button next to the cart?

There is no login button in WooCommerce and that is usually added by the theme.

What you can do is add a new menu item to your menu that points to the My Account page and you can rename that menu item to Login and that will allow customers to login with that

This would depend on the areas that your theme has designated for the menu.

Generally speaking, you can edit your menu(s) and add new items there by heading to Appearance > Customize > Menus.

If you are not sure about what areas does your theme have for adding menus (certain themes offer multiple menu areas), you might want to check your theme’s documentation and see if there’s any reference about this.
