How do I display the form title in a WordPress block?

We’ve investigated it and we found that you’ve uncovered an edge-case issue with our GiveWP donation form shortcode and block. What is happening is that we are not rendering the form for legacy donation forms.

The current workaround is to use a different form template OR add heading block above the donation form and insert the form title manually.
