I see in the plugin’s description that it will “automatically embed a pop-up form that converts your website visitors to subscribers” — but what if I don’t want that? I don’t see any setting to turn that off. Can you instruct me?

Hi @jasonhunterdesign, the plugin simply embeds the script needed to activate pop-up forms if they are enabled in Mailchimp. Pop-ups specifically aren’t something the plugin does on its own.

If you have any other questions regarding pop-ups or particular features about Mailchimp, you can reach out to their excellent customer service team via this support link. You should be able to chat with them and take things from there.

Thanks again for reaching out, let us know if there’s anything related to the plugin that we can answer.

I didn’t realize that’s where it was coming from. I was able to get into the client’s MailChimp account and remove the popup, and long and behold, it went away from the website. Thanks!
