How do I disable database caching?
-
Hostgator restricted my MySQL yesterday (whatever that means) and they are saying I need to disable database caching in my Super Cache plugin, here’s what they said “After further investigation it appears that your W3 Total Cache Plugin has database caching enabled which is actually something that we highly recommend that you disable for this very reason. It also appears that you have a very large number of cronjobs that are executing consatntly (also associated with having database caching enabled as it creates a cronjob to clear up the cache). I would highly recommend that you disable database caching.”
I’ve looked in the plugin settings but can’t find any obvious setting to disable database caching… I don’t want to break anything else, so how do I do this?
Thanks in advance.
Regards, Gary.
