    i changed the theme of my site

    i want to remove the links on top

    * Home Acerca de Nosotros Contáctenos Política de Privacidad

    and also remove the other links

    * Ejercicios Y Quemar Grasas
    * Como Bajar De Peso
    * Dietas Para Rebajar

    all those links are on the title banner

    how do i delete those?

    the theme im using is amazing grace
