How do I delete the “Home” page

I’ve set up my WordPress site so that main page is a static page called “Main” and posts are published on a page called “Blog”. Now how do I get rid of the page “Home”? It still appears on the left of my page navigation and has the same content as the “Main” page.

When I chose to make the first page a static page, “Home” did not appear in my list of options so I had to create a page called “Main”. But now I want “Home” to disappear. Any ideas?
