How do I delete tags from within a blog post?

  • I’m using an auto tag plugin and I want to be able to remove the tags it created from within that particular posts editing page.

    When I go to Post Tags section and click on the little grey circles with the x’s I temporarily remove the tags I don’t want. But when I upload the post again, those tags just reappear.

    They never actually get deleted.

    So how do I get rid of those tags from within the post?

  • Hi,

    Are these tags generated by the plugin, or added by yourself?

    How about if you temporaliy disable the plugin, then remove them?

    Also once you’ve removed the tags, remember to click the update post button
