How do I define height so there are no vert scrollbars

I know this sounds very silly, but I can’t figure it out for the life of me.

I’m building a new wordpress website at https://ericbrockmanwebsites.com/dev/

Even though there is no content loaded yet and regardless of the size of the screen I’m viewing the frontend from, there is always an automatic vertical scroll of about 32px.

Any help on how to remove this is much appreciated.
