How do I create a static front page with Gutenberg?

    I want to change my front page to static, but I see no option for it when I click Pages > Add New. I assume Gutenberg changed that in some way? Or am I looking in the wrong place? It’s been a long time since I’ve done any work on the site, so my genius level has probably dropped a few points.
