How do I create a Splash Page ?

I really wish to create a splash page for my wordpress site.

Basically I’ve created this splash page: https://www.CinemaModels.com.au/enter/index.html

And I wish it loads up before I enter the site at https://tiny.cc/bpbr8

And my current wordpress site is at https://tiny.cc/8uzyg

How can I make a HTML webpage the first page ? before loading my wordpress site ?

Should I use .htaccess ?
