How do I create a Sign up Sheet

    I figured out how to create a sign-up sheet. Is there a way to keep the person who signed up anonymous?

    In the current version 1.0.1. it will display the first name and the first initial of the last name (assuming they enter “First Last” in the name field). It splits that name field up by spaces so below are some example of what could display…

    User enters: Sally Seashore
    Displays as: Sally S.

    User enters: Mr. John Doe
    Displays as: Mr. J.

    User enters: Mary Ann Smith
    Displays as: Mary A.

    However, we will be adding your suggestion for allowing full anonymity on the front-end to our list of possible improvements in later versions. Thanks!
