    hello,

do i need an extension or another plugin to add a zone for Guam? i need to add a flat rate for AL, HI, and Guam – the first two easily showed up i my “zone regions” field, but Guam does not.

    thanks!

  • Can you show us some screens? In my woocommerce I can select Guam: https://wpde.sk/gr/2uzeo.png

Screenshots would be great – can you please also include a copy of your system status log?

    Thanks!

I’m getting the same results as @grola – Guam is definitely part of the WooCommerce core plugin when it comes to shipping zones:

Looking at your screenshot, I wonder if this might be caused by plugin conflict – Are you still experiencing the same issue after deactivating all of your plugins (except WooCommerce)? Can you also take a screenshot of your shop setup under WooCommerce > Settings > General?

In terms of the system status report, this can be found under WooCommerce > Status ??

    Thanks!

thank all of you for the help! it was the WooCommerce > General settings > sell to specific countries – my client had set that to only include US. I added Guam to that field which made it available!

    thanks!
