• Whenever I try to use Nimblebuilder, it always forces me to the Home Page and then I cannot create a brand new page. I can navigate to existing, published pages that are in the menu, but not create a brand new page or edit a page that is not hooked up to the menu. What am I missing?

I have been through the NimbleBuilder documentation and cannot find “Here’s how to start a new page…”

    Looking forward to learning how.

    Thanks for the help.

Thanks for bringing this up. I agree, the documentation is missing for this.
In short, starting to build sections with Nimble can be done on any existing context of your site : page, post, category, etc. Nimble won’t create a new page, you will use Nimble on a existing page.
When viewing your page as an logged in admin user, you can start creating Nimble sections by clicking on the “customize” button.

Then, Nimble allows you to add section, and even totally replace the content, header and footer of any existing page of your site.

A new doc will be created specifically to provide guidelines on “Here’s how to start a new page…”
    Thanks !

Thanks for asking that question Deb. I’ve been stuck on the same thing.

Nicholas, I went to an unpublished page within WordPress. I don’t have that option at the top. I tried going through the Customizer in the sidebar, but it took me to the home page.

Then I realized what you were saying. So I previewed my unpublished page and there was the pen and “Customize” at the top. A click took me right where I wanted to go.

Thanks for such a great tool! I have work to do. ??

Yes. A specific, non intrusive “Customize with Nimble” button is planned to be added in the admin for pages and posts.
And a chapter about this in the documentation is on its way.
