Hello, I it possible to create a backup of my website without using cPanel? If so, how do I check where the backup is located and how do I know that it is working. I’m not familiar with cPanel and php files. I read that you can lose your complete website if you click just one wrong button in the php files or cPanel. That’s why it’s important that I have proof the website is backed-up and that the backup works.
I do have the Backupguard plugin installed and have asked their support for help, however it has been almost 4 days and no response from them. I’ll probably delete that plugin. Any and all help is welcome. Thank you, Cecelia
