    I have a large database which I have bought recently.
    Its a normal sql database of articles and categories.
    Now, How can I convert it to use with wordpress?

    Assuming you mean to convert/import that existing content into a WordPress install then the answer is “It depends”.

    If it’s a blog system and importers exist already, then it could be a very straight forward via https://your-blog-url-here/wp-admin/import.php

    If your blog is not supported, then good luck. You’ll need to get the data into a format that WordPress can handle.

    If you mean “I have a Database server and it’s not MySQL” then that’s easy… Use MySQL.
