We use a fulfillment agency to dropship all products and it works fine. How can we add one product that we fulfill in-house? Any advice is appreciated.

    Hi there!

    Hi there!

Thank you for reaching out! It’s great to hear that your dropshipping process is working well.

To add a product that you fulfill in-house, could you please let me know which dropshipping plugin or system you’re currently using? Many plugins have an option to exclude products from the fulfillment process. If the system you’re using has this option, you can manually ship that product yourself. Otherwise, you may need to look into a custom plugin or custom code to achieve this feature.

If you need more in-depth support or want to consider professional assistance for customization, I can recommend?WooExperts?and?Codeable.io?as options for getting professional help. Alternatively, you can also ask your development questions in the??WooCommerce Community Slack?as custom code falls outside our usual?scope of support.

    Hello timfl,

    Thank you for your reply.

To confirm if I understand correctly let me rephrase your requirement.
You want to add one specific product to your store that you will manage and ship yourselves, rather than using the fulfillment agency (Printful).

If that is the case then I recommend you contact Printful support for further guidance.
They should be better equipped to provide you with a solution.

Let me know if you have any questions.

    Best regards.
