how do i clear my old database

i’m trying to restart a blog i screwed up. i apparently deleted crucial files from the main site then the blog stopped working.

i thought i could start over but it thinks i’m all ready installed.

it says i must clear out my old database, but i can’t figure out how. i’ve deleted the previous ftp account that hosted it.
