How do I change the name for each page but not in menu bar ?

Edit each page and amend the tile. Then set up a custom menu and amend the menu item labels appropriately.

Thanks but I am not sure how to set a menu? Could you explain? My page is already published so if I screw up would I ruin my page?

I set up a custom menu, added a item under “pages” on the left.clicked save menu so what do I do with it now?
