How do I change the “links”?

Sorry, hit enter too fast. Anyways, how do I change them? You know, like the recomended site links. I can’t figure it out.

You mean in your blog?
Go to the admin panel > Links > and choose the subPanel you need: Add, Manage, Categories etc.

In the Dashboard, you go to Links where you will find a submenu with Add Links, Manage Links, Link Categories and Import Links.
