How do I change the layout of my blog post page?

  • I want to change the layout of my blog page. https://www.eatwalklearn.com

    When I edit the page, adding rows, a visual editor, some images, etc, and save it, nothing happens.

    I suspect my changes are being captured because there’s a default blog page style that WP uses?

    I have over 120 posts.

    How do I edit the layout of my blog post page?

    Please note that I don’t know how to code, per se. If you offer up code (thank you!) please provide excruciating detail of exactly where I need to cut n paste, etc, into the exact file name.

    I’m not asking how to change my Home page to my Blog page, etc via the Reading setting. I’m asking how to get WP to recognize changes to the layout of the Blog post page.
