How Do I change The Header to This Theme?

Hello I run a blog : https://www.clearskinfix.com and I would like to change the header and instead put one i’ve made, I tried changing it, but it doesn’t work (i get a blank).
I would also like to to bring the top navigation bar down with (home, about and video tutorials) down below the header like this blog here: https://www.dailyskincareessentials.com/
Anyone know how I can do this?
