    Hi,
    Well the ticket-system doesn’t have its own font, it only inherits from the parent so you should have the same font as you have on your website. But if you want to set the font for the ticket system you can go to settings and then go to Style sheet. There you can add this css-code:
    .sts-ticket {font-family: “Your-font-here”}

    Best regards

    Hi

    Can you show me the complete error you get, which row etc? I have made an update of the plugin where I fixed a bug but I don’t think it is the solution to your specific problem. Begin with sending the complete error message and we can work it together to solve the problem, then make the update of the plugin.

    Best regards

    Hey i just uninstalled and deleted your plugin for my directory. Its seems like they had been effecting the functionality of my site. I had a serious problem. None of my links were working, Wherever i click it took me to my blog homepage. And my header and other plugin color even changed dramatically.

    I would recommend you to work on your plugin and test it with different kindda sites before making it public.

    I liked its functionality but unfortunately, i can’t use it anymore now.

    Thank you.

    Hi,
    Sorry that it was causing you problems, maybe it has to do with the fact that the plugin had php error-reportings activated and therefore messing up your header and colors. Would you like to try out the latest version and come back to me if you have the same problems? I have removed the error reporting.

    Best regards

    I had tried the latest version. You updated it today itself. Right. I would like to use your plugin but not with current version. Please ping me, once you fix the issue.

    Thank you.
