how do I change the "follow me on facebook" when I hover over link?

Hi,
Add this to your child theme’s functions.php and change message to suit your needs.

add_filter('tc_default_socials','my_custom_socials');

function my_custom_socials($content) {
  $content[tc_facebook][link_title] = "My own follow message"; //CHANGE
  return $content;
}

not sure how to do that. their is one for twitter also. not sure what a child theme is? do you mean my theme?
