how do I change the blog date box to an image?

  • I’m using the Empire theme and the blog posts utilize a square colored box with the date inside. I want the box to be my logo image with the date inside.
    I’m just a “user” and “abuser” not a programmer…but there has to be some simple solution to this.

  • the simple solution is called css – edit the style.css file of the theme, and add a background image.
    a tool such as Firebug might be useful to identify which styles to edit.

    as Empire is a commercial theme by woothemes, please contact the theme’s vendor for support.

    this forum does not support commercial of non-GPL themes.
