    Hey David,

Firstly, thank you for such a fantastic plugin. Could you please clarify for me?:

On a category page on my Avada-themed live bands website, the front-end-displayed page title is “Adelaide DJ’s – The Live Music Agency”, which is a bit lame from an SEO viewpoint. It’s being generated by the ‘Category Name’, being “Adelaide DJ’s”, and just a default extension of the site’s domain wording appended to the end, I guess.

So I went into the category page to improve this in the boxes your plugin provides – I filled out your SEO Title box with “Hire DJ’s in Adelaide, For Weddings and Corporate Events!”, thinking that would override the basic ‘Adelaide DJ’s’ Category Name. But refreshing to the front end to confirm the changes, I see nothing shows up.. it’s still the same page title of “Adelaide DJ’s – The Live Music Agency”. Should the preferred SEO Title wording be showing up there on the front end? It seems not to be registering, which makes me wonder if I’ll get any SEO benefit?

Then I also filled out the SEO Description box with “Hire Adelaide’s BEST live DJ’s, for all major corporate events, weddings, private parties and birthday celebrations. Listen online, then contact us for details.” But this doesn’t show up in the source code either.

Could you please let me know if either of the two are having an effect? I presume not, as they don’t seem to be showing anywhere.

    Thanks, Stu

Cheers mate, I’ll email you now. Thanks, Stu.

EDIT: Solved, sorry for the trouble. Figured out the SEO title and description doesn’t reflect on the front end if I have an empty Avada CATEGORY page (i.e. not populated with any post excerpts). As soon as I add an excerpt to the category, it reflects the SEO details perfectly on the front end.

    Sorry for the trouble mate.
