How do I “change ownership” of a site?

    I am trying to get shipping set up and I cannot do it under my admin login. The error is

    Only the site owner can manage shipping label payment methods. Please contact lkswlzmy (lkswlzmy) to manage payment methods.

    The site is hosted at bluehost. They say I have to get support from WC since I’m the owner, so I’m stuck.

    I understand your concern. The term “Site Owner” in this context refers to the WordPress.com account connected to your site. This is the account that has the ability to manage the payment methods for shipping labels. Based on the error message, it seems like “lkswlzmy” is the user whose WordPress.com account is linked to your site.

    If you don’t recognize this user and would like to change the WordPress account, please follow the instructions in this article: Changing the Account You’re Connected To.
