how do i change my url

  • im trying to activate a plug in. but im using wordpress/wordpress as a url, i need to change it tried using my current url site but cant log into dashboard when i change it in the general settings… please help!!!!!! i created a dashboard website but it still uses wordpress/wordpress as a url as well. please help!!!
