How Do I Change Header Link Bar?

  • I am building my first WordPress blog, using the Twenty Eleven theme. I just cannot work out how to change the main link bar that is just below the large photo in the header. I am sure the answer is blindingly obvious, and explained somewhere, but I just cannot manage it.

    Right now it contains two links: Home and Sample Page. How do I delete Sample Page and add links to my About page and my other new pages?
