How do I change Footer font size?

    I started using WordPress only recently. The Virtue theme has a ton of options but I can’t find what I’m looking for.
    1) How do I change the footer menu font size? I figured out how to put Privacy Policy in the footer but “Privacy Policy” is too small. The text for the privacy policy is fine.
    2) In Menu Settings, what is “Secondary Menu”? I changed the font size thinking it might be the footer menu but it had no effect.
    3) Off topic but how do I use Feature Image when creating a page? Whenever I upload an image, it doesn’t appear on the site.
