Actually this is a follow up question to the first question. Does WordPress use some sort of default system user to function on the server? Do I need to create a new user on the NTFS file system to accommodate WordPress.

I only ask this because I’m thinking IIS actually does have a built in “InternetUser” account that is not installed by default You have to install/ enable it if you’re developing websites on IIS.
