How do I change default excerpt thumbnail size?

  • The layout for category/archive shows medium miniatures on my 1920×1080 resolution, and seem to display distorted ugly-looking pictures. I would like to change from medium-size and attachment-medium to large-size and attachment-large thumbnails. So that maybe the images won’t show with distorted images.

    How do I do this?
