How Do I Back Up My Files On My Blog?

Ipstenu I have been using and loving Pressbackup since its soo easy for beginners like myself. But now its all of a sudden stopped working. It says “internal server error” when I want to do a backup (and try and download the .rar file, the window doesnt pup up like it used to do) any idea what could be wrong?
