• Hi! I make a complimentary plugin called Print My Blog, and there seems to be a conflict with Print Friendly.
Print My Blog adds a simple print button to a special print page. But user @marom finds clicking that button (added by Print My Blog) invokes Print Friendly’s javascript instead of the normal browser’s print functionality.

The trouble is, I configure Print Friendly to do that.

How can I setup Print Friendly to automatically convert buttons that invoke the browser’s print behavior (even if added by another plugin) to instead invoke Print Friendly’s JavaScript?

The page I need help with: [log in to see the link]

What’s the URL to the specific page we can replicate the issue? The included link goes to another forum discussion.

    Hi @printfriendly,
here is a link to the page where the “print” button added by Print My Blog triggers the Print Friendly modal window. I’m not sure if that’s expected behaviour for Print Friendly because I can’t make it do that on a testing site. So, I’m primarily hoping you can tell me how I can make Print Friendly do that (make a print button added by another plugin trigger the Print Friendly UI).
