• I have an existing www.remarpro.com Website that has an upper banner that needs to be edited and maybe replaced. How do I do this without knowing much about the coding of the banner? I have a replacement banner image stored elsewhere, but I am at a loss for how to overlay it in WordPress. Can anyone help?

  • This may not be the perfect way to do it, but it’s worth a shot.

Right click on the current banner as if you wanted to save its image. Note the file name, for instance, banner.png. Go into header.php and do a ctrl+f for the file name, for instance, banner.png. If you find it, replace its file name after the href with your new banner.
