On this page (/registreren) I use the shortcode [wppb-register]? but because it is a private site, I wanted to password protect this page. I added the page to the allowed pages, but I’m guessing because the link maybe changes when you put the password in, it still keeps redirecting to the information page instead of opening the registration page.

Do I need to use a specific path link? How would I do this?

Thank you for your help, Kind regards, Kim van Dijk

    Hi @dutchkdesign,

How exactly did you add the password protect functionality to this page: https://www.vrouwennetwerk-groningen.nl/registeren/? I’m asking this since our plugin doesn’t have this kind of functionality.

    Hi @alexandrubodea,

It’s in the WordPress function, you can add a password on a page with Quick Edit: https://ibb.co/5nt9xfS

    Thank you for reporting this!

I’ve created a task and forwarded it to our development team so that they can investigate this compatibility interaction further.

    Hi @alexandrubodea

Uhm ok, but it’s not resolved, do you have any idea when this is solved or when you have a nice work around maybe? Currently this is not really a working situation for my client..

I would be happy to create a temporary login, if you need this? Please provide me with an email where to sent this if would like me to proceed with that.

    Kind regards, Kim

    Hi @dutchkdesign,

I spoke with the development team and we will try to investigate this (and find a fix for this issue) in one of our next 1-2 updates to Profile Builder. Until the dev doesn’t investigate this situation there isn’t a workaround or fix for this.

We release a new update every two weeks, so please check the changelog for the following updates regarding this issue.
