How do I add social media to the FOLLOW: sidebar

  • I noticed in the Demo of the Hueman Theme that next to FOLLOW: in the primary sidebar there are the little Twitter and Facebook icons.

    I can’t seem to find how to add those in. I thought it would be in Widgets, but I don’t see anything now.

    Please help!
