How do i add newly created popup to blog

    Thanks for your support.
    I want to know that i have created a popup window myself but dont know that how do i attatch it to my blog, that popup is made only for generating a email list. In which folder should i upload it that works when enyone open my site then it will come in front of them.
    help me.
