How do I add guests in an access level when they're not a member?

    Greetings and thanks for posting! In your case, it sounds like you’ll want to create a level to be used for visitors then you can specify that under the Visitor option in the settings.

    Could you give that a try and let us know how it works for you?

    Hmm. It seems my Membership settings have no visitor option. Which tab? I only have General, Membership Pages, Content Protection, Downloads / Media, Membership Admins, and Extras Advanced.

    So sorry for that! It’s actually the “Stranger” setting, it used to be called “Visitor” in a previous version so I’d gotten confused!

    The option to select a level for Strangers is at Membership > Options.

    Could you have a look there?
