    Hello, I’ve really enjoyed working in Jetpack CRM for our company. However, it’s a little annoying that any information I’d like to include within a Contact outside of the pre-defined fields, needs to be under the Custom Fields tab. How can I achieve having client information listed right from the first screen that shows Contact Vital information?

    Thanks for the great feedback, we’re happy to hear you enjoy Jetpack CRM all in all!

    As for your request, I’m afraid that this is the default location of the custom fields, and we don’t have a way to bring them on the first page along with the default ones.

    This implementation may be possible with custom development, however, we aren’t able to help with custom code requests like this, so if you need assistance, you may want to look into a third-party service like Codeable or https://jobs.wordpress.net/

    Note that we don’t currently have the bandwidth to do any custom dev work ourselves, as we’re focused fully on improving our core products, but several users have had success hiring freelancers as needed, so if customizations are very important to you and you’re unable to implement it yourself, you might want to consider going that route.
