How do I add content after each blog post (such as a newsletter box)

  • I want to add a short blurb after each blog post (think of it like one of those “about the author” or “newsletter” boxes that are the same for every blog post).

    This is the gist of the text I want to appear after every blog post…

    <h3>Newsletter</h3>

Every month, I send out a newsletter If you wish to receive it, enter your email below.

    I tried doing this by adding a add_filter in functions.php but I keep messing up the code…

    Can anyone point me in the right direction?
