How do I add Contact.php and Contact Page Template back to site

Newbie here. I inadvertently deleted Contact Page Template and now the contact.php is gone as well. Is there an easy way to get them back? My Contact page was originally based on “Contact” Template. Since I goofed in deleting the template, I’m now missing the Contact form on my Contact page. Is it an Import? I have the back-up but just not sure how to get it back to the site.

BTW, in the meantime, I tried a simple work around by adding the Jetpack Contact Form to my Contact page, and the form shows up, except there is no “Submit” button after doing that.
