How do I add Code to a Post?

    Hi all,

    In older versions of WP (3.5.2), when editing a post, there were 2 tabs at the top (right hand side).
    Standard was the Visual Editor, next to it the Code Editor.

    Where did that go?
    How do I insert some php code into a simple post?
