How do I add back option to a menu?

  • I don’t want a standalone back-button. I want it to be one of the options on a menu. How do I do this?

    Suppose I create a WordPress menu, eg Home About Contact …
    I want ‘go back to the page you just came from’ to be one of the options, so
    Home About Contact Back … The menu options contain hard links — to a contact page, a home page, an about page…but a ‘back’ link would need to change depending on what the last page visited was–how can I add this to a menu?
