How do I add Amazon button?

    What are the choices you are seeing when you go to enable the Amazon and Barnes and Noble buttons? There should be only three choices: Enable these buttons, Disable these buttons, or purchase an Upgrade to use the buttons with your own affiliate code. If you’re not sure what to choose, just choose to enable the buttons.
