How do I add a widget area to the navigation bar?

  • I’d like to use a social icons widget, but I’m not sure how to create a widget area in the navbar. I understand that this is probably a fairly simple fix, I’m just pretty new to this stuff and I don’t know how to do it. ;__;

    My site is a child theme of Twenty Eleven. Here is what I have so far.
