How do I add a URL to the post title?

    I’d like each post or product title to link straight to the URL from the product feed, so when someone clicks on the title of a post or product on the front page instead of it opening up the post or product page on the blog it opens up the page where the seller I’m affiliated to sells the product (on their website).
