How do I add a third 'Front Page'?

  • THe Out of the box theme comes with two front pages – which is great for having a ‘less crowded’ front page for landing and a more widgets in the ‘post pages’.
    Now I want to add a third type of page (for events) which should not have any widgets. Is this possible with minimal code change of the child theme?
