How do I add a Subscriber group to restrict

Hi there,
How do I add a subscription user base?Here is what I want to use the plugin for. I currently have a specific set of pages that I want to limit to my current subscribers as well as now start charging a subscriber fee to new subscribers who want the service.

How do I add my existing subscribers so they will be able to see the page and also how do I set it up so that NEW subscribers can see the page once they subscribe.
